All the food in Barcelona was even more delicious than I thought it would be. I had gone to Madrid first and it was interesting to see the different dishes in both cities.

    1. We did the same thing, Madrid then Barcelona.

  4. I am inspired to visit Barcelona just to experience the food culture. The dishes are very unique. I particularly like the Arròs Negre. I was under the impression that the ink of squid was poisonous. So I am shocked that they use it in this dish to give it that black color. Arròs Negre reminds me of Haitian black rice. Thanks for exposing us to a bit of the food culture of BARCELONA.
